What data we collect

This site collects personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through the interactive quiz. Specifically:

• Email address — entered by you after completing the quiz, before viewing your result.
• Quiz answers — your responses to the quiz questions (business type, team size, revenue range, hours worked, operational pain points, etc.). These do not identify you personally on their own.
• Quiz result — the recommendation calculated from your answers.

We do not collect any data if you do not submit the email form. Browsing this page without taking the quiz or without entering your email does not result in any personal data being sent to us.

Why we collect it

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To deliver your quiz result — we send you an email with your personalized recommendation and next steps.
• To send follow-up emails — occasional emails about operational leadership topics relevant to your quiz result. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you enter your email address and click "Show my result." You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing from our emails or contacting us.

Where your data is processed

Your email address and quiz answers are sent directly from your browser to Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email service provider. Kit is based in the United States and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have a Data Processing Agreement in place with Kit.

How long we keep your data

Your data is stored in Kit for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your data is retained in an inactive state. You can request complete deletion at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data entirely.
